Last night was the first time in 14 years that I drove in my yard and my truck wasn't here. Kevin came and picked it up yesterday while I was at work, which was a good thing. Didn't want to be here when he drove it out of the yard. Feel shitty about it...but needed done. That's just the way life is sometimes. Oh well, now I can focus on getting Back In Black up to par. Needs some decaling etc and I just hope it's as good to me as Fade To Black was.

Had really good weather for my days off!! Went to watch them put out a forest fire yesterday. It was over between the Lewis Rd and the Davis Rd. Dad, Jamie & I watched the water bombers work away at putting it out. Pretty neat to watch but not such a good circumstance. Jamie came to visit and stayed the night last night. I was sooooo tired I think I fell asleep shortly after she got here...but she didn't get here till midnight! This ole gal just isn't as much of a nightowl as she use to be. Maybe that's a GOOD thing? LOL Later

Bad news about Dustin Killiam yesterday. He was killed in a motorcycle accident in Moncton. Katie is doing ok but it hasn't totally sunk in yet. Her and Dustin were together for 13 years. Dustin once said to me that hell is living here on earth watching your friends and loved ones die around you...how true that statement is.
